Your handmade Bláithín Ennis piece will be shipped to you via An Post if you are ordering from Ireland. We ship our handmade jewels worldwide. If you are ordering outside of Ireland, your parcel will be shipped via registered, tracked post and you will receive a notification when your parcel has been sent.
WHEN WILL MY JEWELLERY ARRIVE?
Once we receive your order we aim to despatch it within 2-3 working days of receiving it.
The following postage options are available if you are ordering in Ireland.
€2.45 An Post (No Tracking)
€6.00 An Post (Tracked)
€10.00 An Post (Express next day delivery)
You can choose your postage option at checkout.
Every Bláithín Ennis gem is meticulously handmade from the studio in the South of Ireland, so for particular custom or couture items there may be a lead in time. We will let you know in advance if this is the case.
Need something sooner or by a certain date? An express courier service is available. Just send us an email to info@blaithinennis.com and we'll be happy to arrange this.
DUTIES & TAXES:
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges? For orders within Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges. For the rest of the world, your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges.
RETURNS:
We really want you to love your handmade piece from Bláithín! If you are unhappy with it, let us know. We offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 60 days of purchase. (Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange on earrings.) REPAIRS:
We are passionate about our after-sales care and customer experience. If your piece is faulty or is damaged, Bláithín is happy to repair it for you free of charge.
